Job Purpose
Oversee the infrastructure departments to ensure an effective and efficient platform that supports business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Consolidate the Group's infrastructure departments to create a robust operating platform.
• Transform the company into a world-class international platform by structuring the mid and back office and developing policies and procedures.
• Lead the middle and back office functions to deliver high-quality services to internal and external clients.
• Review and identify risk exposures across all business activities.
• Evaluate overall risk and recommend actions to mitigate exposure.
• Generate and support new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth.
• Provide management oversight for daily business activities.
• As a member of the Management Committee, share accountability for the group's overall performance, including subsidiaries and affiliates, and foster cooperative relationships across all functions to achieve optimal results.
• Ensure maintenance of appropriate standards of conduct and adherence to company procedures, with active and visible engagement in compliance issues.
Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferred qualifications: CFA, CFP, FRM, or CA.
• Qualified SFC Type 1, 2, 4, 5, and 9 RO license holder.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the SFC and IA environment with strong industry knowledge and reputation.
• Eligible responsible officer approved by IA is preferred, but not necessary.
• In-depth knowledge of HK, PRC, and global listed and OTC investment products.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and research skills.
• Proven ability to execute strategic, operational, and tactical business plans to achieve business goals.
• Strong people and presentation skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
