Job Description
Responsibilities:

 Provide private banking / professional wealth management and investment services to Greater China HNW individual clients (insurance, bonds, funds, equities etc.) based on their investment needs and objectives;
 Enhance existing clients' portfolios through offering suitable wealth management solutions within our diversified range of products in International private banking platform such as UBS、Credit Suisse 、Julius baer or BOS;
 Build up and maintain business relationships with the portfolio of private banking / wealth management customers;
 Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies for the wealth management and other products of the Group to achieve the sales targets;
 Perform investment portfolio analysis and provide re-allocation recommendation;
 Work closely with Product Specialist / Investment Consultant Team to ensure the viability of investment portfolios for the achievement of investment objectives of customers;
 Formulate clients acquisition tactics through workable sales strategy and execution of marketing event/sales activities to generate business;
 Comply with full compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory bodies.


Requirements:

  •  Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent;
  •  Minimum 5 years experiences in wealth management serving HNW individual clients, preferably from private banking;
  •  Familiar with KYC and account documentation with knowledge of wealth management products;
  •  Holder of SFC license for Types 1, 4 regulated activity is a must ,better with Type 9 ;
  •  Good knowledge in insurance products, bonds, funds and other wealth management products;
  •  Sales-oriented with good relationship building and customer service skills;
  •  Mature, independent and business oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure;
  •  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
  •  A candidate with  experiences  in UBS、 Credit Suisse 、Julius baer 、BOS  and CMB is highly preferred, with relevant experience in the Private Banking field is a must.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Investment Representatives in developing and growing client relationships in investment aspects;
  • Develop investment advisory platform, enlarge the investment activities in portfolio basis;
  • Provide investment advisory services with tailor-made investment advices and multi- asset class wealth solutions to ultra-high net worth clients;
  • Customize and prepare deliverables and presentations on actionable investment ideas in unit trusts/mutual funds, bonds,ETFs and structure products;
  • Provide broad support to business;
  • Development team on the sales process, i.e. opportunity qualification, understanding of B2B partners’ capital market expectations, presentation of investment ideas and sales closure;
  • Enrich front line staff’s product and investment knowledge and resolve all issues on the investment advisory process.
Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Display passions on investing and keen to bring projects to fruition;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Around 3 years’ experience in investment advisory within private wealth management, specialization on ultra- high net worth clients will be a plus;
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business related disciplines;
  • Familiar with asset allocation techniques and portfolio management strategies;
  • Deep understanding in private banking rules and regulations;
  • CFA, Certified Financial Planner or other relevant qualifications is an advantage;
  • Holder of SFC license for Types 1, 4 regulated activity or passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, 8 or equivalent required;

Job duties:
  • Manage the financial teams in Hong Kong, Singapore and China
  • Supervise and monitor financial reporting, tax planning, budgeting, forecast, cash flow management and cost-saving controls
  • Demonstrate strong understanding and up-to-date knowledge of market trend, best financial & accounting practices, taxation requirement and local regulations
  • Analyses business processes to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and procedures
  • Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with external parties
  • Act as a business partner to drive business initiatives and recommendations for enhancing financial performance and business opportunities aligned with business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or above Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Familiar with Hong Kong, Singapore & PRC accounting and taxation regulations is a must
  • Qualified member of CPA with minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience from a listed financial institution with international exposure; Big 4 experience would be an advantage
  • Fluent Chinese and English
  • Strong experience in analysis, tax planning, forecasting and budgeting

Job description
Responsibilities:
Determine the strategic investment direction and management of the investment function;
Manage portfolios to achieve absolute return, with the goal of effectively outperforming peer index in different markets;
Develop and implement risk and control policies;
Maintain and update investment policies and procedures;

Comply with all applicable compliance requirements, laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices.


Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with min 8 years’ working experience in financial institutions.
Proven track record in managing investment portfolio;
Excellent ability of systematic thinking and judgement, and with the ability of risk awareness and risk control;
Responsible, enthusiastic, well-organized with good communication skills.
