JMC Capital Asset Management Singapore Pte. Ltd. Granted QFI License

JMC Capital Asset Management SingaporePte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "JMC AM SG"), a subsidiary of JMC Capital Group Co., Ltd., successfully obtained the Qualified Foreign Investor (QFI) license issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on November 7, 2023. This is an important milestone, marking that JMC AM SG’s professional capabilities and management standards in the field of asset management have been officially recognized.

JMC AM SG holds the Capital Market Services License (CMS101088) issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). It offers a diverse range of investment strategies across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments via its Variable Capital Companies (VCC) Funds and discretionary portfolio mandates. With the QFI license, JMC AM SG can directly access to the onshore financial market in China, bringing more diversified investment portfolios to the fast-growing and dynamic financial market and providing investors with more investment opportunities. This will bring broader development space for the Company and more stable investment returns for investors.

The QFI license is an important financialpermit issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), representing the supervision and management of the Company by the Authority.
